Returns & Refund Policy
It is the policy of A Barretts to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. Should the product not match your requirements on arrival or you change your mind, and it is returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days with all packaging intact, A Barretts will refund you in full excluding the delivery charge. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
Subject to manufacturing fault, goods that have been altered (whether by A Barretts or otherwise) to suit a particular customer cannot be accepted for return or credit.
Refunds will be given against goods with an apparent manufacturing fault, and will be subject to proof of purchase; any such refunds will be by the same means of payment as used for the original purchase.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
A Barretts must be informed by email if you are returning a product for a refund. Please inform with the reason(s) for returning the product and we will supply you with a return address. Returns from international addresses must display original paperwork and give full details to indicate a return for refund purposes.
A Barretts must be informed of any damage to the product within 48 hours of delivery by email to quoting your unique order number or alternatively by telephone +44(0)207 502 4855.
When an order is received, we contact the customer to give an estimated time for the completion of the order’s manufacturing. Please note that with regard to international shipments, you are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged. Please note that because we use carriers to deliver Products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please email if you have a special request regarding delivery. Please remember to state the delivery address, country and area code. After this, we will then calculate the delivery charge as appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available worldwide.
When ordering products from A Barretts Online for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
